Bill Tosetti was born and raised in Southern California, and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in design from Cal State Northridge. He is a highly respected commercial artist and owns his own design studio and specializes in architectural rendering, architectural visualization, environmental design and graphics.
Bill is also an animal advocate, and has had many dogs throughout his life. The artist combines his love for dogs and his design experience in this recent pop portrait series. Bill is actively involved in the protection and care of animals and has been a featured artist in many animal related charity organizations.
